Mules Sports Teams & Schedules
The majority of our high school students participate in at least one after-school sport sometime during the year. The local community is very supportive of all our Mules sports teams and travel to many of our "away" events, as well.
You're invited to come on out and support our fantastic athletes! Click here for the schedules of your favorite Mules and Warriors teams!

Can't Make It To Mules Games? Missed a Game and Want to Watch It?
The WHS Broadcasting Club has partnered with NFHS Network to offer live and on-demand streaming of Mules' home volleyball, football and basketball games and selected WHS events (e.g., Band Concerts, Veterans Day assemblies and Graduation) to family members, alumni, and fans whenever they want, wherever they are.
Learn more about how the WHS Broadcasting Club got started, how WHS students will learn about making videos, commercials, and other films, and some of the videos they plan to produce during this school year in this Wahkiakum Eagle news article.
It's super easy to get started. Just visit the Wahkiakum High School page on NFHS Network, click on a video of any WHS game or special event, select a paid subscription option, and start watching!
Your subscription fees also support WHS! A portion of the proceeds from each pass sold goes directly back to our school.
So, subscribe today and help us get the word out to friends, relatives, and WHS alumni!
Mule Sports Seasons, Eligibility, and Required Forms
Fall Sports include boys' football, girls' volleyball, and cross country. Practices begin mid-August.
Given the continued effects of declining revenue sources, the School Board is continuing the policy of having extracurricular participants pay a fee.
High school student athletes will be charged $60 per sport and middle school student athletes will need to pay $30 per sport. Athletes must pay their fee no later than one day prior to the first game/event (not the day of) in which the athlete is eligible and does not guarantee playing time.
Please make your checks for Pay-to-Play payable to the Wahkiakum School District for both MS and HS student athletes.
Low income students who request assistance, may tap the "donation pool" for 50% of their fee.
Donations are welcome and should be delivered to the District Office with a check payable to the Wahkiakum School District. If desired, your donations can be earmarked to assist a specific extracurricular program, otherwise they will go to a general "pot of money." If you want to make a 100% donation for a particular athlete for a particular sport, we will honor your request.
If you have any questions about making a donation, please contact the School District office at 360-795-3971, or either school building. Thank you for your support!
